Building a tradition, making an impact!

In 2019, Coach Tiffany Isham created Michigan Impact to provide quality, non-parent coaching in the greater Lansing area. The goal of this program is to build strong, independent young ladies who respect the game, their team, and their opponents while instilling grace and humility through competitive play.

Michigan Impact strives to:

• Prepare players for collegiate play through development and promotion of skill advancement of all players for every facet of the game.

• Leave a lasting impact on anyone we may come into contact through respecting the integrity of the game, the team, officials, and any opponents.

• Promote healthy competition and encourage players to aspire to a higher level of play without tearing down other people to get there.

• Emphasize success through teamwork, leadership, mental and physical skill development, and personal growth.
